Pifithrin-μ (PFTμ, 2-Phenylethynesulfonamide, NSC 303580, NSC303580)，又称2-苯基乙炔磺酰胺，是一种特异性的p53抑制剂，直接抑制p53与线粒体以及Bcl-xL和Bcl-2的结合；同时，Pifithrin-μ也是HSP70的抑制剂。Pifithrin-μ具有抗癌和神经保护作用。
