Granisetron Hydrochloride (Granisetron HCl, BRL 43694A, BRL43694A)，又称盐酸格拉司琼，是5-HT3受体选择性拮抗剂，选择性高，临床上用于放疗、细胞毒类药物化疗引起的恶心呕吐，大剂量使用时会导致心血管系统出现异常。
