Melatonin (NSC 113928, NSC 56423, N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, MT, NSC113928, NSC56423)，又称褪黑素、褪黑激素、美拉酮宁、抑黑素、松果腺素或松果体素，是一种由松果体分泌的激素，是褪黑激素受体激动剂，分泌的量和光线有关，光线越弱，分泌量越多，在昼夜节律的控制中发挥着重要作用，具有抗炎和抗氧化活性。
