Go6976 (Go 6976, PD406976, PD 406976)，是一种强效的PKC选择性抑制剂，抑制Ca²⁺依赖性PKC活性，如PKCα/β1 (IC₅₀: 2.3 nM, 6.2 nM)，对Ca²⁺不依赖性PKCδ/ε/ζ没有作用。Go6976也是Flt3的强抑制剂，IC₅₀值为0.7 nM。
