TTNPB (Arotinoid Acid, Ro 13-7410, AGN-191183, AGN191183),又称芳香维甲酸,是有效的RAR激动剂。TTNPB通过结合核视黄酸受体,抑制RAR与[3H]tRA结合。TTNPB对hRARα/β/γ的C50分别为5.1 nM、4.5 nM和9.3 nM。此外,TTNPB是一种致畸剂,还能增强化学诱导的多能干细胞(CiPSC)的重编程效率。
