Verteporfin (CL 318952, BPD-MA, CL318952)，又称维替泊芬，是一种YAP-TEAD相互作用的抑制剂，也是一种强效光增敏剂，是第二代卟啉类光敏剂，可被光(波长689nm)照射激活。Verteporfin能抑制YAP诱导的肝脏过度生长；也能用于消除继发于年龄相关黄斑变性等疾病相关的眼内异常血管。此外。Verteporfin是一种自噬抑制剂，可抑制细胞增殖诱导凋亡。
