Niclosamide monohydrate (BAY2353 monohydrate)，又称氯硝柳胺一水合物，具有抗肿瘤活性，也是一种驱虫药，能抑制DNA复制，也是STAT3抑制剂(IC50: 0.7 μM)，但不抑制其他STAT家族成员的激活。
