YO-01027 (Dibenzazepine, DBZ, YO01027, YO 01027)是⾼效的γ-分泌酶抑制剂，可使APPL和Notch水解，其IC₅₀分别为2.6 nM和2.9 nM。不同于其他γ-分泌酶抑制剂，YO-01027可与γ-分泌酶复合物直接相互作用。YO-01027可用作开发抗阿尔茨海默氏病药物的研究中。
